Tomas is Partner at Iron Wolf Capital. Prior that he was Managing Partner at Goldfishfund that has invested in leaders such as Pigu Group, Foodout, Chilivery, Pawame, Dorado, Welltrado, CHRG.Network and others. Startups operate in ten markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Spain, South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya).

Tomas is also an angel investor to Mobofree.com, Saleseyes.co.uk, ChattyPanda, Aichom, Sityea, Ooniq, member of the Board in Dancerbus.

Tomas was CEO of the leading Lithuanian mobile solutions company, App Camp, for three-and-a-half years. App Camp created 150 projects in 12 countries, established the unique Mobile Apps Labs network and the biggest mobile app R&D center in five Lithuanian universities, with 100 working places, together with partners Samsung, TeliaSonera, Nokia, Sony, Huawei, and Microsoft.

Prior to that, he worked in the banking industry for 13 years, ten of them with Swedbank, and held a number of managerial roles. Teams under Tomas’ management achieved corporate lending of a ~9 Bil. EUR portfolio running through the cycle, implemented portfolio segmentation, unified overdue management in the Baltics, RAROC and SSE lending strategies, EIF JEREMIE 52m+22m EUR and Lean Six-sigma in Corporate Lending (with McKinsey), resulting in savings of 5.7m EUR.

Numerous awards won: Brave Investment of the Year 2015 (Ministry of Economics), the European Enterprise Promotion Award and The Best Entrepreneurship Spirit Initiative in Europe 2014 (European Commission), CSR Initiative of the Year 2014 (Swedish Business Awards), Most Successful Young High-tech Company in Lithuania 2013 (Knowledge Economy Forum), supported by the President of Lithuania.
